Conﬁguring the Synchronous Serial Interfaces

The synchronous serial interfaces are conﬁgured to allow connection to WANs through a

CSU/DSU. Once the Ethernet or Token Ring port on your access server has been

conﬁgured, take the following steps to conﬁgure the serial port:
